members having fun at the annual meeting raffle

The North Central Division has recently given out two awards to Chapters that have carried out the most active programs of enhancing professionalism and fisheries science, relative to its size and the geographic distribution of its membership in the past year. The Wisconsin Chapter was one of the award recepients for 2005!. The award is based on the number and type of meetings, special activities, recruitment activities, and a brief description of what makes this chapter an active and important contributor to the NCD, AFS, and fisheries profession.
